Carol Sullivan joined our team in February 2011 as the Finance Manager, and after over a decade of dedicated service, she was promoted to General Manager on March 1, 2022. In her role as General Manager, Carol played a pivotal role in moving forward with the Canby Water Supply Program, a legacy project for our community.
Carol’s leadership extended beyond the workplace, as she encouraged staff to engage in local events. She supported staff’s involvement in community activities, such as volunteering at the adult center, participating in the 4th of July parade, and taking part in festive contests like the snowman and scarecrow competitions.
A true advocate for team spirit, Carol fostered a culture of collaboration by encouraging employees to have a voice in the workplace. Her initiatives, like hosting quarterly potlucks, helped bring the team together and promoted employee engagement.
As Carol prepares for retirement in the coming months, she looks forward to enjoying her passions for golf, skiing, pickleball, cycling, and gardening. While we will miss her leadership and warmth, we wish Carol all the happiness and fulfillment in this exciting new chapter of her life.
