Bye, Bye Blue Envelopes
With all the new options for our customers to make payments on their utility accounts, most customers no longer use the blue return envelopes. We recently reviewed the number of blue envelopes being returned and found that it was less than 14%. To reduce costs and paper waste, we will no longer include them with our statements. If you want to continue using these envelopes to send us your payment, we will happily send them out to you. Customers may request the envelopes by emailing us at customersupport@canbyutility.org or by calling our office at (503) 266-1156. They are also available for pick up at our office.
70 Hydrants & Counting!
There's nothing like a little spring cleaning and Canby Utility has been busy cleaning up fire hydrants around Canby and giving them a fresh coat of paint. We've painted 70 hydrants so far and still have more to go!
