Canby Utility is laying the foundation for a stronger, more resilient water future through the Canby Water Supply Program (CWSP). This is a long-term investment in our community’s most vital resource. The CWSP will provide reliable, high-quality water to our vibrant community for generations to come.
It will take several years to build the new system. At the heart of CWSP is the construction of a new water treatment plant. Two other parts of the program include projects to build new intake pump station and water pipelines. The intake pump station will pump water from the Willamette River to the treatment plant. The pipelines will connect the new treatment plant to our existing water system.
This program is about more than just pipes and pumps. The CWSP helps preserve what we love about Canby - our residents, families, local businesses, and nature - while preparing for the future.
