Canby Utility will request that the Canby Utility Board of Directors schedule a public hearing to consider a proposed water rate adjustment on April 14, 2026. The request to schedule the hearing will be presented at the board meeting on March 10, 2026.
The public hearing for this proposed rate adjustment will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the board room located at 1265 Southeast Third Avenue in Canby. Written testimony will be accepted until 3 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
If approved, the proposed rate adjustment would take effect on May 1, 2026.
